Overview
Domain respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website or services if such claims are reported to our designated copyright agent.
Notification of Alleged Copyright Infringement
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via our services, please notify our copyright agent as specified below. For your complaint to be valid under the DMCA, you must provide the following information in writing:

- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on our services
- Information reasonably sufficient to permit Domain to contact you, such as your address, telephone number, and email address
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or law
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner

Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent by providing the following information in writing:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the applicable jurisdiction, for any judicial district in which Domain may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Domain has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also at our sole discretion limit access to our services and terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Processing of Notices
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who posted the material that it has been removed or disabled
- Terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original claim of infringement. The original complainant will then have 10 business days to notify us that they have filed legal action relating to the allegedly infringing material. If we do not receive such notification, we may restore the material to our services.
False Claims
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing, or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be subject to liability. Please ensure that you have a good faith belief that the use of copyrighted material is not authorized before submitting a DMCA notice.
Limitation of Liability
Domain will not be liable to any user of our services for the removal of, or disabling of access to, any material or activity based on an alleged violation of copyright law. We reserve the right to refuse to process any DMCA notice that does not comply with all requirements set forth herein.
Modifications to this Policy
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
